Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

Because each session is scheduled with care and time set aside specifically for you and your animal, Lumiere Connections asks that any cancellations or rescheduling requests be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled session time.

If you need to reschedule, please reach out as soon as possible, and we will do our best to find another time that works for you.

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed appointments without notice, may result in the session being forfeited.

We understand that unexpected situations can happen. If an emergency arises, please communicate as soon as possible, and we will do our best to work with you.

Clients agree to use their own judgment and discernment when considering insights shared during a session. Lumiere Connections cannot guarantee specific outcomes, interpretations, or actions taken based on the information received.

Can you communicate with animals anywhere in the world?

  • Yes. Sessions are done remotely using photos of your animal.

Do I need to believe in animal communication?

  • No. Many clients come simply curious about what their animal may be experiencing.

Does this replace veterinary care?

  • No. Animal communication complements veterinary and behavioral care but does not replace it.

What animals can you communicate with?

  • Most sessions are with dogs, cats, and horses, but communication is possible with many species, including birds, reptiles, and farm animals.

What kinds of things can you learn from my animal?

  • Animal communication can help uncover emotions, behavioral patterns, changes in the home environment, or how an animal may be experiencing a situation.

Can you communicate with animals that have passed away?

  • Joelle’s work is primarily focused on helping people understand the animals who are currently in their lives. Occasionally, questions about animals who have passed away may come up, but sessions are generally intended to support living animals.

How long does a session take?

  • Sessions last up to 30 minutes, depending on the number of questions and the depth of communication.
